So, what do I want to tell you about?

Today I went jogging, nothing special, thats true. But it wasn't that easy like it sounds, I jogged in the Rain,...
I Started at mmh, I think it was at 22:25. I went outside and wondering that it rains, most people would be go inside now, but i wanted to walk, so i push the play button on my Ipod, listening to Dover, started the timer of my watch and went on.
I walked throw my whole town, after 15 minutes I took a little brake to check my Puls, 148 beets per minute, perfekt pulse during sport. After my break of 2 minutes I went another time on for 15 minutes for jogging.
After total of a little bit more than 30 minutes, I reached my home, totaly out powered I went under a cold shower, to cool my body down, damn, I was very wet from the rain, but it was so nice.

Why do I tell you this?
Yea, thats a good question, I tell you this because Sport is a big part of my life, I love jogging, Inlineskating, Skiing, volleyball, and a lot of other activities.

Why do I love jogging?
If I go jogging, I can think about a lot of things because I have a lot of time Most time I think about love, what is love? If we look at it from the biological side, its only some hormones or something else. But why do we feel the love? I know, I will ask this question many times to myselfe, and i will never get an answere, but its good to think about it
